Certified Athletic Therapist

About Julia

Julia is a Certified Athletic Therapist and graduate of Camosun College's Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy program. She is passionate about helping people move with confidence, whether they're training for a race, returning from injury, or looking to feel better in daily life.

With a lifelong background in sport and a love for basketball, Julia brings both personal experience and clinical knowledge to her practice. As an active member of the local running community with firsthand experience navigating chronic running injuries, she understands what it means to work through pain and get back to doing what you love.

When Julia is not in the clinic, you can find her running, cycling with her partner, playing basketball, or relaxing with a good book.
